Maggs, McDermott & DiCicco LLC is proud to announce the promotion of Stephanie L. DeLuca to Partner, effective February 1, 2026.

For Stephanie, this promotion is especially meaningful. As the first attorney in her family, becoming a partner represents not only professional achievement, but also the culmination of years of hard work shaped by grit, resilience, and resourcefulness — attributes that have and continue to positively influence her approach to the practice of law.  

Since joining the Firm in 2019, Stephanie has built a reputation as a fierce advocate who has consistently demonstrated legal excellence and an unwavering commitment to the clients we serve. With a practice focused on civil litigation, and informed by contractual and transactional experience, Stephanie brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every matter to achieve favorable results. She handles a broad range of legal matters including commercial and business litigation, contract disputes and breach of contract claims, employment and workplace-related disputes, including discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes and general civil litigation.  

This promotion marks a significant milestone, and one that Stephanie regards with both pride and gratitude. As a Partner, she is excited to continue representing clients with the same focus, tenacity, and persistence that have defined her work.
