Bethanna M. Scott initially joined Maggs, McDermott & DiCicco in 2022 and practiced Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury law for approximately two and a half years.  She then spent approximately a year practicing family and civil law in Monmouth County, however, her time away allowed her to realize that her true passion was advocating for injured clients and Bethanna returned to Maggs, McDermott & DiCicco in 2025 to again practice Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury law.

Prior to working at Maggs, McDermott & DiCicco, Bethanna served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard W.
