Juan C. Cervantes
Juan C. Cervantes, Esq., joined Maggs McDermott & DiCicco in 2022 and engages in a variety of practice areas including personal injury, physician services, corporate transactions, trust and estates, and employment law. Mr. Cervantes engages his clients with empathy and compassion as he assists them in navigating their legal issues.
Prior to joining Maggs McDermott & DiCicco, Mr. Cervantes managed an extensive caseload at a boutique law firm for nearly five years, handling matters from intake to resolution primarily in the areas of personal injury, employment, and workers compensation.
Mr. Cervantes received his law degree from Rutgers School of Law in Camden in 2016. Thereafter, he completed a clerkship for the Honorable Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, P.J.Ch., who presided over both the General Equity and Probate Parts of the Chancery Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in the Monmouth County Vicinage. Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor’s in History from the University of Maryland in College Park. He was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 2017.
