Stephanie L. DeLuca, Esq. is a partner at Maggs McDermott & DiCicco LLC. 

Stephanie is a valued member of the Firm who has built a reputation as a fierce and zealous advocate. With a practice focused on civil litigation, and informed by contractual and transactional experience, Stephanie brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every matter to achieve favorable results. She has been described by clients as knowledgeable, responsive, and patient in guiding them through the litigation process. She handles a broad range of legal matters including commercial and business litigation, contract disputes and breach of contract claims, employment and workplace-related disputes, including discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes and general civil litigation. 

Before joining the Firm, Stephanie served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas M. Brown, J.S.C. (ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey during which time she optimized the expungement review process in the county to improve efficiency and reduce the turnaround time for decisions, among other things. In addition, she served as an associate at two other New Jersey law firms handling medical malpractice and general liability defense matters as well as plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblower claims. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from the University of Hartford and was a member of Sigma Tau Delta, the English Honors Society. She received her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law. While at RWU Law, she served as a member of the Moot Court Board and earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for being the highest scoring student in both her legal writing and trial advocacy classes. She was also a student attorney in the Criminal Defense Clinic where she represented individuals in the District Court and Traffic Tribunal of the State of Rhode Island, handling every stage of the representation including court appearances, client interviews, motion practice, and investigations. 

Notably, Stephanie has been selected to the New Jersey Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers for the past 5 consecutive years (2022-2026). This prestigious honor is awarded to the top 2.5% of attorneys in New Jersey under 40 years old or practicing 10 years or less who demonstrate exceptional professional achievement and peer recognition.*

Stephanie is a member of the bar in New Jersey and the United States District Court for New Jersey.
