Tiffany L. Heineman, Esq.

Tiffany L. Heineman, Esq. is a partner at Maggs, McDermott & DiCicco, working with the firm’s personal injury and general civil litigation teams. Ms. Heineman is a diligent and experienced trial attorney, focusing her practice on advocating for clients who have been severely injured because of another’s negligence. She also assists individuals and businesses facing a variety of issues such as contract, business, and property disputes, protecting her clients’ rights through negotiation toward resolution, and if necessary, litigation.

Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey State and District Courts, Ms. Heineman represents clients in New Jersey and across the nation through pro hac vice admission and as co-counsel to out-of-state attorneys. She carefully and compassionately guides her clients from their first consultation through settlement or trial verdict.

Ms. Heineman earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire, where she played NCAA Division I tennis. She received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University before serving as judicial law clerk to the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. (ret.) in the civil division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Sussex County. She proudly serves as Board Chair of Girls on the Run New Jersey North, a charitable girls’ empowerment program. A member of several professional organizations, she is a Trustee of the Sussex County Bar Association and a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice.

Ms. Heineman has assisted several injured people and their families in obtaining compensation through notable settlements and verdicts, some of which have been recognized as amongst the largest in their category in the State of New Jersey.  She has also been named toSuper Lawyer’s Rising Star every year since 2018 and has a Best Under 40 in NJ designation by the National Institute of personal injury lawyers.
