Victoria J. Adornetto

Victoria J. Adornetto, Esq. devotes her practice entirely to litigation. Ms. Adornetto began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph P. Quinn, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County, where she learned the inner workings of litigation from the Court’s point-of-view. From there, Ms. Adornetto provided representation in complex litigation at two prestigious northern New Jersey law firms where she gained invaluable experience handling significant personal injury matters on both the claimant and defense sides. She brought those experiences to fuel her impassioned advocacy on behalf of injured persons to Maggs McDermott & DiCicco. While tenacious with adversaries, attention to detail and an honest and open line of communication with her clients have played a pivotal role in her success and achievement of the best possible results for her clients.

Ms. Adornetto has significant trial experience, having tried cases throughout the Courts in New Jersey. She is both well-versed and experienced in the handling of all facets of litigation. She regularly practices and appears before all local courts, including all vicinages of the Superior Court of New Jersey, the Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division, and the United States District Court District of New Jersey.

She has been admitted pro hac vice in various Courts around the country to handle individual cases on behalf of both out-of-State clients, as well as local clients that were injured in other parts of the country. In addition to trial and formal court appearances, Ms. Adornetto has helped countless clients successfully resolve their cases in alternative dispute resolutions such as mediations and arbitrations.
